There are no obvious cervical cancer signs. It tends to grow slowly over time. That is why getting a Pap smear every year is so important.
A pap smear test, a medical screening method used to detect changes in the cervix, indicates the presence of cervical cancer or other changes, and can find cells on the cervix that may be changing or be early signs of cancer.
The assessment of symptoms and signs is important during treatment with medications, in order to determine the effectiveness of treatment and the development of side effects.
What is the first appearing cervical cancer sign?
Early cervical cancer generally produces no signs or symptoms. As the cancer progresses, these cervical cancer signs and symptoms may appear.
The first appearing cervical cancer signs are: Vaginal bleeding after intercourse, between periods or after menopause, watery, bloody vaginal discharge that may be heavy and have a foul odor, and also, Pelvic pain or pain during intercourse.
